The Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) has released a comprehensive framework for verifying organizational identities in telecommunications networks.

There is a growing need to confidently verify and trust the identity of organizations participating in telecommunications networks to ensure security, integrity, and user confidence in enterprise communications.

The framework, developed by the ATIS Enterprise Identity Initiative, defines a clear pathway for establishing trust and interoperability among telecom service providers, enterprises, and regulators. It does this by providing secure digital credentials that prove an organization’s identity.
