The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Advocacy Team will host a webinar discussion on December 2, 2020, to cover the 2020 election, and provide details on what bankers could expect from the next administration and the 117th Congress.

The webinar will explore how state and federal election results could shape the equipment manufacturing industry and the economy for years to come—and how to prepare business for "what’s next."

AEM’s Advocacy Team will discuss:

• an overview of “what happened,” key electoral trends, and what the coming days and weeks may look like, as well as any races still close to call;
• an outlook for the next administration and regulatory agencies, including potential appointments and agendas;
• probable leadership in the U.S. House of Representatives, House Agriculture, Transportation and Infrastructure, and Ways and Means committees; as well as the U.S. Senate, Senate Agriculture, Environment and Public Works, and Finance committees; and
• key issues of importance to equipment manufacturers now and in the future.
