The Project Management Institute (PMI) just released its Manifesto for Enterprise Agility, a guide to help leaders build organizations that can adapt quickly and consistently deliver results—even as conditions keep changing.

The guide is aimed at organizations that need to move faster, stay focused, and turn strategy into action. The Manifesto identifies four core principles to help executives and practitioners put these ideas into practice and offers leaders the clarity to act on what really matters.

“Enterprise agility is the capacity to adapt at scale without losing coherence—to decide quickly, redirect resources deliberately, and keep strategy actionable under real-world pressure,” said Pierre Le Manh, president and CEO, PMI. “Enterprise agility is a non-negotiable for organizations to remain relevant and leverage constant change to thrive and create value.”
