Save the Date: ANSI Innovation Summit Heads to Denver in July 2026!

1/15/2026

Mark your calendars! The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) has announced the dates and location for the ANSI Innovation Summit 2026: July 28-30 at the Grand Hyatt Denver in Denver, CO.

Join Us in Denver!

Denver was selected for its central location and easy accessibility from all U.S. regions, making it an ideal gathering place for the U.S. standards community. The city’s prominence as a hub for quantum, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity—sectors critical to U.S. technological competitiveness and standards leadership—aligns with the Summit’s focus on emerging technologies driving innovation.

What to Expect

The ANSI Innovation Summit, formerly World Standards Week, is the standardization community’s premier annual gathering. The event features conferences and special events designed to inspire open dialogue about standardization and conformity assessment. Hundreds of stakeholders attend the event each year, representing industry, government, standards developing organizations, trade associations, consumer groups, academia.

Events will include the Legal Issues Forum, a technology-focused conference, ANSI’s Leadership and Service Awards Ceremony, and more.

Additional details, including the schedule of events, registration and hotel information, nomination forms for the Leadership and Service Awards, and sponsorship opportunities will be posted to ANSI.org as they become available.

Separate from the ANSI Innovation Summit, the U.S. Celebration of World Standards Day (WSD) will be held in late October. Held annually by the U.S. Celebration of WSD Committee, the event raises awareness of the importance of global standardization to the world economy and to promote its role in helping meet the needs of business, industry, government, and consumers worldwide. ANSI and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) are standing co-chairs of the U.S. Celebration of WSD Committee. In 2026, NEMA will serve as the administrating organization for the event.
