Movers and Shakers

8/07/2026

Movers and Shakers highlights the career advancements and accomplishments of leaders in diverse areas of standardization, contributing to the strength and success of the U.S. standards and conformance system.

The Global Electronics Association has announced that Dominik Grau is its new vice president of Europe. Grau will lead the association’s regional strategy and work alongside members to deliver the global expertise, technical solutions, and advocacy they need to succeed.

Grau has more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning standards, technology, AI, digital transformation, and business development, bringing deep expertise and a strong understanding of Europe's evolving electronics landscape.

Most recently, he served as managing director at DIN, Germany’s national standards body, where he led DIN Media GmbH, overseeing a €95 million standards media and services business with more than 200 employees, and DIN Solutions GmbH–the AI, technology, and innovation arm of DIN.

“Grau’s background at DIN and his commitment to innovation will help strengthen our engagement with members, expand collaboration across the region, and amplify the voice of Europe's electronics industry,” the association announced.

Inteleos has named Reggie Jones as its first chief product officer. Jones leads the company’s newly established Product Division to focus on the needs of practitioners, learners, health systems, and the patients they serve.

Jones brings 15 years of experience in product, strategy, and business transformation, including more than a decade in senior leadership roles. He spearheaded large product portfolios spanning established products, new offerings, and growth initiatives across multiple industries.

“Reggie brings the rare combination of strategic thinking and operational discipline that a role like this demands,” said Jamie Blietz, chief operating officer, Inteleos. “He will deepen our understanding of the challenges practitioners and organizations face and ensure we invest in solutions that create meaningful value—for clinicians, for health systems, and for the mission.”

Jones holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a bachelor of science in economics from the University of Virginia.
